Daniel Leveringhaus
Piano maker
Daniel Leveringhaus, born in Bochum, received his vocational training at Piano House Micke in Beckum and completed his trade examination early in 2006.
During his training as piano maker he gained additional experience in making grand pianos at the company Steinway & Sons in Hamburg.
Leveringhaus is laureate of the BDK (German Piano Makers Association) tuning contests 2003 and 2004: 1st Prize at Rönisch Pianoforte Factory Leipzig and 2nd Prize at Grotrian-Steinweg, Braunschweig
Daniel Leveringhaus is currently attending the Federal Professional School of Piano Making in Ludwigsburg and is going to take his examination for the master's certificate in August 2009.
